Blue and Pink

I grew tired of Blondes, Brunettes and Gingers that I made her colours a little unusual. I love pink. I think pink and a light shade of blue compliments each other well. Originally, she was supposed to be all pink. But I thought it would be boring that way so I added blue. I think it works fine.

Insomnia

There's a story behind this one. I went to school without a wink of sleep and it was an 8 am class. But even though I didn't get any sleep, I still had the energy to create this one. It's sort of like an expression of what I'm currently feeling during the moment. As are other of my works :)

Brat

I enjoyed making this one. Probably 'cause I can play with her character. She's the type who'd pretend to be sweet and loving but in the end, she's a spoiled brat who want things her way. She was sort of accidental. I didn't plan much when it came to designing. The idea just popped up when I started doodling some lines and voila! A brat has been created.

L'impatience Madame

Is a French lady who waits for her date and she is not amused. My friend inspired me to create this one. She studied French in her course which certainly suits her 'cause she's quite a high standard woman. But I mean that in a good way. L'impatience Madame however, is stuck up and thinks of herself as highly important. I made her French since the French give me this impression of socialites (no offence to the French. It's just a silly stereotype inside my head). Like madames and sirs.

Sally

This was also a doodle who got lucky. But I intended to make a digital version of her. I don't know why, but I really love using that expression. Which is why I use it a lot. Little Sally probably saw something she shouldn't have ;) I'm just kidding.

Ulo

Ulo was once a doodle in a sketch pad who got lucky. I included him in my portfolio since I rarely draw boys. Why Ulo? It's Tagalog for "head".

Chase

This illustration was part of my "gradient project" which I started before. I was making an illustration of different sorts of emotions and the colours usually associated with it. Chase is sort of like fear of something you can't even see. But in this one, she's just being chased by the light. It's up to you how to interpret that.
